How it Works |

| caatoosees iq-server works as an extension of the existing infrastructure. Essential parts of the system are based on J2EE, with individual actors also implemented in portable C++. As it is supported by 32-bit Windows, Solaris, Linux and various other UNIX derivatives, easy integration into existing environments is assured. LDAP and built-in authentication methods such as PAM or NTLM make for seamless integration with enterprise security systems. At the same time, the modular nature of the system makes it highly scalable, reliable and ideally extensible. The individual modules of iq-server communicate with one another via messaging systems using JMS, which means they can be transferred to any number of different devices. This approach also allows flexible integration of additional agents or actors via defined APIs and parallel execution of various modules for optimal performance and fail-safe use. |
