For example, if we present a-two, a-three, a-four e-mail blast to a company to the same e-mail address because of a duplicate situation, that really causes a lack of image. So the return on investment can be measured in some ways, but also in the intangible ways it cannot be measured. And we're looking to have an increase of return on investment in both of those areas.
