The caatoosee iq-server is equipped with cutting-edge technology for data cleansing, thus safeguarding high-quality information in any SAP® application. This technology is based on the truly pioneering approach of pattern matching. iq-server automatically searches for similarities between the patterns of the respective data records.
Error tolerance addresses one of the most frequent issues associated with inferior data quality: manual input with typing errors and inconsistent spelling. Phonetic errors related to voice transmissions, incorrect numbers or letters, inconsistent abbreviations, etc. - caatoosee iq-server has everything covered.
Potential duplicates are identified and displayed as soon as addresses are entered or accessed. This speeds up the processing of address data. By the way, this also applies to tasks performed in all other SAP systems accessing the CAM - iq-server ensures higher efficiency throughout. |

| Perfect Data Cleansing in Online- or Batch Mode |
|
Data cleansing is performed either in Online Mode or in Batch Mode. In Online Mode, caatoosee iq-server checks the system for similar data as soon as a new address is entered and informs the user of any possible conflict.
In Batch Mode, iq-server identifies potential duplicates as soon as data is imported from other systems. Batch Mode is ideally suited to state-of-the-art migration of large data repositories in SAP systems.
Irrespective of the mode used to optimize the quality of data in SAP, the result is more than convincing: consistent and accurate information as a solid foundation for highly efficient business processes, rapid decision-making, and greater customer retention. |
