| Even as a student, the entrepreneur and visionary felt drawn to the world of communication. Alongside his studies in German and Philosophy, Guido Alt also ran his own media agency. He soon recognized the enormous commercial potential of the Internet, and in 1996 he established a company by the name of Media Group. Within its first year the fledgling enterprise was already working for well-known clients such as Daimler-Benz and Germany's Federal Press Office. Guido Alt is responsible for coordinating caatoosee's marketing and sales activities, focusing on the development of an integrated product and service offering for the international market. |

| The 31-year-old was there right from the start, and today his area of responsibility includes Business Development as well as Mergers & Acquisitions. Jan Tenné studied Engineering and Business Administration. He worked as a freelancer for Star Division and the former Mercedes-Benz AG. Within this capacity he assisted in establishing the technical competence centre for the SAP Hotline. Jan Tenné's strengths are his outstanding analytical skills, his results-oriented approach and his astuteness when it comes to strategy. |

| Martin Seith, born in 1953, studied Mathematics and Geography in Berlin, Tübingen and Stuttgart. He worked as an assistant at Fraunhofer Gesellschaft and subsequently joined TECTUM GmbH in Leinfelden-Echterdingen on a freelance basis. There he held the positions of Project Manager and Key Account Consultant for large-scale projects, among others for IBM, Philips, Wüstenrot and the Quelle Group. In early 1999, Martin Seith was appointed sole Managing Director of TECTUM GmbH; he also became a senior partner of the company. In October 2000, TECTUM GmbH became part of the caatoosee Group.
