In the future, the German information logistics specialist will be listed within the newly established "Prime Standard" of the Frankfurt stock exchange. The corresponding listing application has already been forwarded to the Frankfurt stock exchange.

, currently listed within the Neue Markt segment of the Frankfurt stock exchange, already fulfills the full range of listing requirements for the Prime Standard.

By joining the new trading segment, caatoosee mainly hopes to attract greater interest from institutional and private investors. In the two first quarters of the current fiscal year, the company posted slightly above-par income from operations, while at the same time increasing revenues by 32 percent compared with the same period a year ago.
