Sigma delivers emergency support for the IT systems of one of the ten biggest merchant banks in Indonesia. The contract confirms the Sigma groups position as a key player in Asias financial market.

Leonberg, 26th March, 2002 PT Sigma Cipta Caraka, the Asian subsidiary of information logistics provider caatoosee, has been awarded a million-dollar contract by one of the ten biggest merchant banks in Indonesia. Under the deal, Sigma will deliver emergency IT support in its Indonesian recovery centre, thus ensuring that all key operations of the bank and its 200-plus subsidiaries function reliably. As part of the contract, both partners have agreed not to name the customer or disclose the exact value of the contract.

This is the third time the caatoosee subsidiary has concluded a contract with one of Indonesias top ten banks to provide emergency backup for IT systems. Each of these contracts has been worth over a million US dollars and concluded for between one and ten years.
