iq-server cleanses address-data and enhances search comfort

today announced its iq-server has been granted interface certification from SAP AG. The certified software for data qualifying can be used for data cleansing by companies utilizing mySAP.com®-based systems, without additional adaptation. SAP uses caatoosee's iq-server for its internal Customer Management System based on mySAP® Customer Relationship Management (mySAP" CRM) solution.

Using the interface "Business Address Services, Duplicate Check and Error Tolerant Search 4.6," the caatoosee iq-server is able to locate any duplicates contained in the address management of the integrated mySAP.com e-business platform. In dialogue or batch mode (processing of several record sets in one job), the iq-server compares existing addresses and indicates duplicate data. During the entry of new data the caatoosee software instantly reports records already stored in the system.

Furthermore, as a result of the superior error tolerance of caatoosee's iq-server, users are presented with a convenient way to look up address-data. If, for instance, a sales-representative had a meeting with a potential client several months ago but has forgotten his or her name, the system will be able to find the correct information even if the name is entered incorrectly or incompletely.

Due to the standardized architecture and the sole use of SAP® solutions, the caatoosee iq-server can be deployed quickly and efficiently. There is no need for additional customized programming to adapt the system. This saves time and money, and facilitates the introduction of new software versions.
