At the DLI GmbH (former caatoosee global services gmbh) Stuttgart, a subsidiary of the , reverse transaction measures have been initiated today. The DLI GmbH, a majority interest being acquired by in November 2000, is specialized in dialog marketing services for online portals. The company contributed only a small part to the groups turnover in the recent fiscal year 2000/2001. The reverse transaction is the result of a global restructuring of the caatoosee-Group. The goal is to clearly increase profitability and synergy potentials of the enterprise in the current financial year.

Due to this reverse transfer, presumably expects a capital strain of several million DM for the current business year resulting from adjustments in amortization, liabilities and receivables.
